D&D Construction installs new asphalt shingle roofs for King County Housing Authority Apartments in Issaquah, WA We were pleased to be selected by King County Housing Authority to install brand new roofing systems on this apartment complex in Issaquah, WA. We tore off the existing, worn architectural laminate roof on the complex and re-sheeted and installed new Malarkey 1030 synthetic underlayment. Then we installed a Malarkey Highlander® non-scotch guard asphalt shingle roofing system. The color midnight black was selected to perfectly compliment the exterior color palette of apartment complex. The property owners and tenants were all very pleased with how the new roofing systems turned out and visually enhanced the entire complex. These new roofing systems will offer years of improved appearance in addition to great protection from the elements for years to come.
